Shipping & Returns
Our lights are made by hand, and made-to-order, so each one has a lead time. Please refer to the lead time stated for each individual light to give you an idea of when your lights will ship. The lead times stated are the build times for the fixtures. If you order multiples of the same fixture, this does not affect the lead time, but if you order fixtures with different lead times, we normally ship all of the fixtures together based off of the light with the longest lead time. Depending on our work schedule, we may be able to offer expedited service for the building of your fixtures for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering if an expedited lead time is needed.
Once the fixtures are built, we ship them out as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days of completion.
We ship most of our orders via USPS with tracking and insurance included. If a parcel exceeds the size limits to go with USPS, then we usually ship with FedEx. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email notification to you with your tracking and estimated delivery date so that you can do a happy dance and be on the lookout for your new lights.
Your parcel may be assessed an additional customs fee once it enters your country. This fee is not included with our shipping charges, and is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate international customs fees, but if you have any questions, we suggest contacting your local post office.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Changes or cancellations on sales may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We must be contacted within two days of the initial purchase to consider a change or cancellation. We must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt to consider a possible return for shop credit (minus all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee). Once production has begun on an order, no refunds will be issued.
Damages: We build our lights to last for generations, and we want you to enjoy them for a lifetime. We take great care to package our lights as well as possible for shipping. In the event that damages do occur during shipping, they must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. All shipping and packaging materials must be kept. Damaged fixtures must remain in all of their original packaging so that we may file a claim with the carrier. Please do not install the damaged fixture. Installation assumes full acceptance of the fixture. We may request pictures of the damage to help us determine the best way to address any repairs. Many times, our lights are able to be repaired quickly and easily on-site. *FYI - Even after years of ownership, if one of our lights becomes damaged, we are happy to help address any repairs.
