Ordering Policy


To order custom pieces:
Please contact us with your custom request.

We will return your inquiry either by email or phone, which ever you specify, within 48 hours. We are happy to entertain design requests from our clients, or to design a custom fixture for you. If you are in the local Charleston area, we are available to meet with you at your residence or place of project in order to design something that is perfectly suited to the project’s architecture and your personal style. For non-local clients, we may request digital images of your place of project to aid us in designing your fixture. Communication with us as we design and build your fixtures is a huge part of our custom process. We want you to be not only satisfied, but enthralled with the lighting we create for you. Therefore, every care is taken to ensure that what we are going to build for you is to your specifications and liking. Further details of custom orders will be discussed after initial contact is made.

Our Standard Ordering Policies:

  1. Lead times for our catalog items vary. Please refer to the lead times listed on each item's product page. These lead times are an estimate (although normally a very accurate one). If for any reason, it is anticipated that more time is needed to build your fixture, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Custom request fixtures will have varying lead times, dependent upon the quantity and complexity of the project. You will be given an estimated lead time quote during the design phase, but please keep in mind that this is only an estimate.
  2. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Changes or cancellations on sales may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We must be contacted within two days of the initial purchase to consider a change or cancellation. Once production has begun on an order, no refunds will be issued. Please rest assured that we desire your satisfaction with our products as much as you do. If you have a concern upon receiving your order or even a concern with a fixture after years of ownership, please do not hesitate to contact us.   3. Shipping is via USPS or FedEx, unless otherwise requested or required due to size. Some custom fixtures may require crating, and the charges for this service will be included in your shipping quote. Once your item has shipped, you will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. For local clients in the Charleston area, personal delivery or pick up of fixtures may be arranged upon request.
